I am receiving wonderful and inspiring feedback from so many readers, and I believe, even though I am new at blogging, that I am reaching others like me - wanting to live a vibrant & happy life after 50.

An Empowered Spirit is also written in an easy-to-read format for people who may have visual difficulties. Thus the wider layout of words and pictures. Having Multiple Sclerosis, I know all too well about visual problems.
