What a difference it has made having a teacher in person!!! She corrects my poses, encourages me, and gives my feet a massage during the resting pose at the end of class. I have to get up super early (the class is at 5:15 a.m.) but it is so worth it. The perfect therapy for this 50-something gal.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Thank you, Debra.  We all do what we can, right?  Stretching is wonderful for us as we age, and it feels great too.  We have to keep our muscles limber to keep us strong and balanced.

I can&#039;t wait to get back to my yoga practice.  I can&#039;t say I sweat while I do it, but it sure does stretch me enough to feel sore the next day.  That only means it&#039;s working!

					<description><![CDATA[I guess being a fabulous blogger (one of the fabbiest - is that a word?) doesn&#039;t leave much time for you, eh?

A few times our yoga teacher had to cancel class I invited everyone to my house for a yoga session.  One of us would go to our local library to get various DVD&#039;s as our substitute teacher! None of them stand out in my memory (thanks menopause) but the &quot;Yoga for Dummies&quot; was easy to follow.  Check out your local library.  

The yoga videos I own are mostly freebies I&#039;ve received from various MS organizations.  They are easier, and take into account having a disability or injury. One woman (who I met at an advocate convention I am a part of) was Larissa Nusser and she has a good DVD that can be used for anyone with various physical issues.  Here is a page of other DVD&#039;s along with hers:
