Her mom was a tabby (I think - can't remember now). In fact, that litter was pretty well mixed up with at least one other tabby, a couple Holstein/black and white kittens and Parker. We were going to pick one of the black and white kittens to succeed Michael's cat Tripper, whom we had recently lost to cancer. But Michael said he wanted the cat with personality - and Parker was the first kitten out of the box. And turned out to have personality to spare, thus earning her name.

We just came back to our home in the desert and Kloe our dog is bummed because in the mountains there were all sorts of squirrels and birds to watch all day long.
