I became 71 in January. I can certainly relate to who is that in the mirror ? My older daughter turned 49 this year. I don't know how that happened because that's about the age I feel.
Fortunately able tho check a few things off my bucket list last year. A tour of Alaska ! Not a cruise. And flying in a small plane and landing on a glacier. As I'm sitting in bed before I get up this morning next to my husband who turned 80 in January! He has the flu (no, he did not get the flu shot!!) I did. Praying I don't get it.

Believe me when I say you are not alone. When I was VERY sick, death and dying was on my mind a good deal of the time. Being sick and in pain can leave psychological scars. Counseling helped and now I see that life is to be cherished and lived! I hope you eventually come to that same conclusion.
