I spoke too soon when the photographer wanted a photo of me with him and I blurted out, "I am not standing next to this smart but handsome resident who should be on the cover of GQ! I hate how I look in photos" I couldn't believe I said that! How awful of me. What a sexist remark, but I meant I hate photos of myself and he is so gorgeous. He chuckled - I think he gets that a lot.

When I spoke to my former doctor all she said was, "He is such a hard worker I hardly notice what he looks like." She was raving about his skills and commitment and that is what really matters. Shame on me - I should get over the photo thing, eh Pia? I am enamored with their project and will be writing about it soon. The two of them are working on a wonderfully innovative and ultimately useful way to get patients to stick to an exercise program.
