This year at work (in a large organization), I coordinated a Compliment Event fundraiser -- where people paid to have compliments delivered to coworkers -- and it was the more heartwarming thing I ever saw. Hundreds of people wrote sincere compliments to coworkers over a two-day period. There is good everywhere -- just need to find a way to bring it out!
