Hi Cathy! Good for you for finding your inner peace. I honestly believe that is the only way any of us can continue to "do the good work" in the world. I agree it's not easy but it keeps us in the "game" you might say. Nature is an EXCELLENT way to rejuvenate our souls and like others have said, stay away from the toxic news! I also pick one or two things I can do each and every week to make a difference in the world and then let it go....we can't do everything and we deplete ourselves if we try. Stay centered...stay peaceful... We all benefit by sharing that with each other. ~Kathy

I'm choosing to let go of a lot of stuff that I can't change - it's pointless dwelling on it and it serves no good at all. I love Ellen's positivity and that quote "I think we need more love in the world. We need more kindness, more compassion, more joy, more laughter. I definitely want to contribute to that." sums it up beautifully for me - I want to contribut towards that too. I'm glad you found your positive vibe again too x
