Trader Joe&#039;s food stores are popping up all over America.  They started on the West Coast and, luckily, there are two of them near us. They offer healthy food, a lot of organic produce, and their own brand of many items that are far better than any other brands I&#039;ve ever seen. Plus the prices are unbeatable.  I wish they would expand to where you are!

Eating mindfully is an uphill battle, but I&#039;m determined this year to do it.  It&#039;s the one corner of my life that I can control, and I&#039;d like to FEEL healthier. That would be awesome!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Amanda, and for showing me your post about eating meat.  I loved it.
