Quotes from Cathy about Living with Chronic Illness

“You are so much more than your chronic illness!”
~ Cathy Chester

“When I was diagnosed in the 1980s there was no Internet and I was very alone. I felt so overwhelmed, anxious and scared. So I share my story to help others not feel that way, to empower them and inspire them, to educate them on what an MS diagnosis is and isn’t. Together we help each other feel a sense of connection and a sense of empowerment.”
