I never asked for the new bike, but simply told a friend she looked great. She said it was from riding her bike, then she went out and bought me the same one she had!

You aren't alone with using an app that helps them, Lisa. Several people told me they did the same thing. I am bad about writing what I eat down, so I'd love to copy you and get into that habit.

I'm doing better with the LoseIt! app in terms of watching calories and exercising more. I do, though, wish I had a new bike. Maybe soon.

I have to try using it to monitor my sleep. My cousin said it records how deep your sleep is. Someone wrote me they thought they slept 9 hours one night (I'd take that!) but the FitBit said they only had 2 hours of deep sleep. Agh!
