Cathy Chester has lived with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis since 1986. She wants the world to know there’s so much more to her than her diagnosis.
Through her writing, speaking, and advocacy, her mission since her diagnosis has been to empower, inspire, and educate those with MS to live a healthy, informed, and vibrant life. She is dedicated to providing the information needed to create a life filled with good health, passion, purpose, and joy.
Cathy’s special focus is on aging with MS, and the effects of MS on women.
Cathy is a graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Business. She’s also a graduate of The Alfus Patient Advocate Certificate Program at The University of Miami.
Cathy lives in New Jersey with her husband and son. She enjoys writing, reading, knitting, classic movies, music, theater, art, hiking, and paying it forward to others. Read more about MS advocate Cathy Chester
