					<description><![CDATA[Yoga is definitely having lot of health benifits... when I used to do yoga I never put on weight and felt freash after yoga exercise... now I don&#039;t... now there are SUP yoga where people can do yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard... it difinitely improves one&#039;s balance.]]></description>

I&#039;ve dabbled in yoga and enjoyed it, but with my recent knee injury, I can&#039;t do many of the poses, so taking a break for a while. Thanks for an informative post!]]></description>

I have never found Yoga classes easy because I always felt I was doing it &#039;wrong&#039; and not getting the positions right. Reading this I can see that having that attitude is a bit daft - it&#039;s like saying I won&#039;t go to swimming class because I can&#039;t swim! Great interview.]]></description>
